Subject: Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2020

The Town of Berryville’s comprehensive annual financial report for fiscal year 2020 is pending.
The audit report has been delayed because of difficulties related to providing required information to the independent auditor in time for them to perform their review and complete the document.
All required information has now been provided to the Town’s independent auditor. It is expected that the audit report will be completed by March 19, 2021. The audit report will be forwarded to the Town Council and posted on the Town website upon receipt. It is expected that the audit report will be formally presented to the Town Council in either April or May of 2021.
