On Wednesday, June 15, work is planned for the crosswalks near the Washington Square Apartments and at the intersection of East Main and Church Streets. Parking blocks will also be painted. East Main Street will be closed from First Street to Church Street with traffic being detoured. No parking will be allowed in this block during this project.
On Thursday, June 16, work is planned for the crosswalk at the intersection of Main Street and Buckmarsh Street. Parking blocks will also be painted. West Main Street will be closed from Buckmarsh Street to Church Street with traffic being detoured. No parking will be allowed in this block during this project.
On Friday, June 17, the crosswalks on the South and North sides of Church Street will be completed. There will be brief street closures during this project.
All work is dependent on weather conditions and dates will be moved to the next clear day if weather prevents the work from being completed.
