[ARCHIVED] Sewer Main Rehabilitation Work

Sewer Main Rehabilitation Work – East Main Street

December 10-21 between the hours of 8:00 pm and 6:00 am

A contractor working for the Town of Berryville will be lining the sewer main located in East Main Street.  This work will involve pulling a liner from manhole to manhole and curing it in place.

The work is expected to occur on East Main Street between Church and First Streets from December 10th to 21th (work should take approximately 5 to 6 days but extra days have been provided in anticipation of inclement weather and scheduling conflicts).  Work is expected to begin on the western end of the construction area and proceed east.

Each day work occurs, rehabilitation activities will begin after 8:00 pm and are expected to be completed by 6:00 am.  The contractor will do their best to minimize noise associated with the work but there will be disruption to the area.

Parking will be restricted on portions of East Main Street (north side) as needed during work.

Please contact Rick Boor (Public Works Director) at 955-1099 if you have questions or concerns about this project.
