[ARCHIVED] WATER SERVICE INTERUPTION NOTICE

Water Service Interruption Notice

Wednesday, February 6, 2019

9:00am –5:00pm (approximate work hours)

In case of inclement weather conditions work will proceed on next clear day

In order to repair a water main break in your area we will need to interrupt water service to your property. This interruption will occur on Wednesday February 6 2019, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please note these times are approximate and may vary depending on working conditions.

Once water service is restored, you may experience air in your service or cloudy water. If this occurs, run the cold side of your faucet until the water clears.

Helpful hint: Filling your bathtub with several gallons of water before the interruption may help with some household needs (for non-potable water) during the outage.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will restore water service as soon as possible in the affected areas. If you have any questions, you may call the Department of Public Works at 540-955-4843.
