Water and sewer late fees and interest amid the COVID-19 pandemic
On April 14, 2020 the Berryville Town Council suspended late payment penalties, interest, and disconnection/reconnection fees on delinquent water and sewer accounts. The fee and interest suspension became effective on April 15 and will end on June 15, 2020.
While late fees, interest have been suspended, and the Town is not disconnecting service for non-payment; it is important to stay current on you water and sewer account to avoid amassing a significant bill that will become due at the end of the COVID-19 emergency.
