The water/sewer bill mailed by the Town of Berryville on August 24, 2020 contained a notice that announced a fee that would be charged by “PSN” when paying with a “Live Representative.” We apologize that the notice confused and concerned some customers.
The purpose of this notice is to provide clarification on this matter.
PSN is the contractor with which the Town works to provide on-line and over-the-phone payment options to our customers. The fee in question will be charged by PSN in addition to the current fees only when customers choose to pay their bills over the phone and utilize a live representative to complete the transaction.
