[ARCHIVED] Notice From The Town Of Berryville For Friday, March 12, 2021

Notice from the Town of Berryville for Friday, March 12, 2021

The Public Works Department will be replacing a water main valve in the areas listed below on Friday, March 12, 2021.  In order to install this valve, a water main shutdown will be necessary and will result in an interruption of water service.

This interruption will occur between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The time frame may be shorter or longer depending on work conditions.

Once the service is restored, there may be air in the water pipes or cloudy water in the homes affected. If you experience either of these, then run the cold-water side of your faucets until the water clears or the air dissipates.

Areas affected are:

West Fairfax Street from North Buckmarsh to North Church Street.

Rockcroft Drive, Ridge Road, Circle Drive

North Church from West Fairfax to Rockcroft Drive

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience as a result of this water service interruption. If you have any questions please contact the Department of Public Works at 540-955-4843.
