[ARCHIVED] STREET CLOSURE NOTICE

STREET CLOSURE NOTICE

West Fairfax Street will be closed to through traffic on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. because of street paving operations. Local traffic will be permitted to travel on the street, but delays should be expected.

Area residents are encouraged to use North Church and East Fairfax to enter and depart the neighborhood during this closure.

The paving contractor will accommodate fire, EMS, and police traffic at all times during paving operations.

If paving operations are delayed because of inclement weather or other reasons, then the planned work and closure will occur on the next available work day.

Please contact the Town’s Public Works Department at 540-955-4843 if you have any questions or concerns about this street closure.
