Informational Meetings

 

The Town of Berryville will conduct informational meetings for property owners and residents who are interested in several utility projects that are expected to be completed over the next two years. These meetings will be held in the evening of February 28, 2022 in the Main Meeting Room of the Berryville-Clarke County Government Center, which is located at 101 Chalmers Court.

 

Meeting One

Project                                                                                                

Virginia Avenue: The proposed project includes completion of drainage improvements and repaving the street.      

            

Meeting Time

5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

 

Meeting Two

Project

Josephine Street: The proposed project includes installation of a new water main, replacement of a sewer force main, and repaving the street.

 

Meeting Time 

6:20 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.

 

Meeting Three

Project

North Church Street (north of Liberty Street), Bundy Street, North Buckmarsh Street (near the intersection with Bundy Street) and Osborne Street: The proposed project includes installation of a new water main.

            

North Church Street (north of Liberty Street) and Osborne Street: The proposed project includes installation of a sewer pump station on Osborne Street and sewer collection system improvements on both Osborne and North Church Streets.

 

The proposed project includes repaving streets on which work is completed.

 

Meeting time

7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

            

 

At each meeting Town staff and the Town’s consulting engineer will provide an overview of the project and answer questions posed by the public.

 

Each meeting will begin and end at the times provided above to keep all meetings on schedule. Members of the public arriving for meetings are asked to be courteous to those who are in meetings when they arrive.
