Revised Sidewalk Construction Notice for Walnut Street
Sidewalk replacement along the south side of the two hundred block of Walnut Street is scheduled to begin August 24th. During construction, please expect noise, dust, traffic delays, street parking restrictions, and interruptions to driveway access.
On-street parking is prohibited along both sides of Walnut Street in and immediately adjacent to the construction area to allow safe passage of local traffic and construction vehicles. Please make alternate parking arrangements.
Construction is expected to continue Monday-Friday until the project is completed. Weather delays, equipment failures, etc. may affect the schedule, but we anticipate wrapping up the work by the end of August.
