Paving Operations for Shenandoah Crossing & Fellowship Square


Paving operations for Shenandoah Crossing and Fellowship Square will be conducted by DR Horton beginning Thursday 21 September 2023 and are expected to take two to three days. Weather delays, equipment failures, etc. may affect the schedule.


The order of paving is:

Wilson Drive

Harper Drive

Weeks from Cul-de-sac to Petal Drive

Petal Drive

McCormick Court

Pulliam Court

Balance of Weeks Drive


The Town of Berryville has notified Republic Services about this project and has received assurances from DR Horton that trash collection may proceed as scheduled.


During construction, please expect dust, noise, traffic delays, street parking restrictions, and interruptions to driveway access. Parking may be restricted in and adjacent to the paving area to allow safe passage of local traffic and construction vehicles. Please observe and comply with parking restriction notifications as posted.
