Town of Berryville
Spring 2024 Paving Operations
The Town of Berryville has chosen Stuart M. Perry, Inc. to complete its spring 2024 paving projects.
Work is scheduled to commence on June 12, 2024. Work is expected to be completed on June 17, 2024. More specifically, the contractor expects to observe the following schedule:
June 12, 2024
Crown Street
Pender Court
Early Drive
June 13, 2024
Custer Court
Edgar Court
June 14, 2024
Fremont Court
Hancock Court
June 17, 2024
McClellan Street
Chamberlain Street
Please note that the schedule enumerated above is subject to change because of factors such as inclement weather and mechanical failures. If work is not completed on a given date, then the contractor will likely mobilize as soon as the condition that required the delay abates. If projects are delayed, then mobilization dates on projects down the schedule will be also be delayed.
Parking restrictions will be posted in affected areas at least 48 hours prior to commencement of work.
No operations will occur on Sundays or Town-recognized holidays.
During paving operations area residents and those traveling through the project area should expect noise, dust, traffic delays, and parking restrictions. Vehicles parked within restricted areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.
