UPDATED Paving Operations
Paving operations for the following streets will commence the week of September 14, 2025 and continue through the beginning of October. Weather delays, equipment failures, etc. may affect the schedule. The dates provided are tentative. If crews can proceed more quickly, they will do so.
September 16th to 17th
Spot patching and repairs
September 19th
Milling of front parking lot and emergency lane at Berryville-Clarke County Government Center
September 20th
Resurfacing at Berryville-Clarke County Government Center. NO PARKING
September 22th
Fremont Court
Breckinridge Court
Pickett Court
October 2nd
Smith Street
Academy Street from North Buckmarsh Street to Church Street
Academy Street from North Buckmarsh Street to Smith Street
Crow Street
Crow Street/Church Street patch
October 3rd
Broy patch
Page Street from E Main Street to Liberty Street
Cameron Street from Page Street to First Street
October 6th
Battletown Drive from West Main Street to Bel Voi Drive
October 7th
Springsbury Road from Jack Enders Boulevard to end of Town maintenance
Start Shoulder stone/millings all routes
October 8th
Finish shoulders
School bus routes and trash collection will proceed as scheduled. Forty-eight (48) hour notice will be provided to residents of each street as work progresses. During construction, please expect dust, noise, traffic delays, street parking restrictions, and interruptions to driveway access.
Parking will be restricted in and near the paving area to allow safe passage of local traffic and construction vehicles. Please observe and comply with parking restriction notifications as posted and make alternative parking arrangements if necessary. Vehicles parked in the path of paving operations will be towed.
